You want to use Public Relations tools but you don't know where to start? See examples below of
brochures, flyers, and press releases that can help you to develop your club materials. General comments The templates below are provided as a guide when developing PR tools for your club. Feel free to
add information as needed to customize for your club. Be creative and have fun. Always use the Toastmaster
name and logo appropriately - go to www.toastmasters.org
and put the word Trademark into the search box.
You will obtain the latest information on Toastmaster International trademark and copyright policies. Membership Building The following power point presentation provides an overview of Toastmasters and it's program. The business testimonial letter might be used to promote Toastmasters to potential corporate sponsors. Brochures The first two tri-folds contain the District 6 logo, the current year theme and updated information about
the program. The brochure labeled A includes X marks where you can fill in club specific information.
The last Tri-fold option contains the TI logo. Templates The templates below are for club flyers you can customize by including information specific to your club. Flyers The flyers have been developed to be printed either in color or black & white, and either in 8-1/2 x 11
format or flip chart size. • Requires Microsoft Word • October Is
Toastmasters Month Flyers/Proclamations (Choose your favorite style and add your club information) Press Release Business Cards The current Toastmaster business card template is included for members who want to create
business cards for their officer or District role. Thanks to Bill Meyer of club 2919 for developing
and sharing the template. A PDF of the current official layout is included as a guide. Toastmaster Logo The first two logos are from Toastmasters International. The final logo is the District 6 logo. If you have questions, please
