* Responsible, trained Club officers 
* Weekly meetings
* Six week program schedule
* Members contacted several days prior to meeting
* Members arrive on time
* Prepared agendas
* All speeches are manual speeches
* All members participate thru Table Topics
* Meetings start and end on time!
* Business meetings short!
* Guests are treated well! Greeted warmly, assigned a host, provided Toastmasters materials, asked to join
* New members are inducted and quickly involved in program
* Use and set goals based on Distinguished Club Program
* Members understand value of DCP and take pride in achievements
* All members have fun
