What I will do …
As your LGM, my focus is on helping new and existing clubs grow. To do this I develop and direct programs for new club development, club rescue efforts, club member promotion and membership retention. I will serve and support you.

What you can do…

• Indentify new club opportunities
• Sponsor and / or mentor new clubs
• Organize and participate in demo meetings
• Recruit, train and be a club coach
• Coach a low member club
• Visit clubs and give special presentations
• Give a manual speech or fill a role during a club visit
• Share best practices
