First St Paul Toastmasters Club (charted in 1940) in Minnesota will be celebrating 70 years of learning about speaking, listening, leadership and evaluations in a fun, safe and professional environment on Monday, September 13 at Manitou Station in White Bear Lake. The cost is $25 per person. There will be social time starting at 5:45 PM, followed by a plated dinner at 6:30 and the program starting at 7:00 PM.
